Scholarships

Through the generous support of the 2012 Forum Partners HERO is able to offer Scholarships to individuals who would otherwise be unable to attend. If your primary job focus is on Employee Health Management and you are from a non-profit organization or a small for-profit company that does not have the funding to attend you can apply for a scholarship.

Scholarship winners will receive one registration to the 2012 HERO Forum on Employee Health Management Solutions. Winners will be responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.

Applications will be accepted until August 15, 2012, early application is recommended. Scholarship winners will be notified no later than September 4, 2012.

Internships

College graduate students and junior and senior undergraduates are eligible to apply to be an intern at the Forum.

Interns work at the forum but will have ample time to attend sessions and network. Interns can expect to see between 75% and 80% of the program. HERO will provide the following for each student selected to work as an intern:

Breakfast and lunch each day
Hotel room at the conference hotel (two interns per room)
Registration to the Forum

Each intern is responsible for his or her own travel to and from the Forum as well as dinner each evening. Interns must be able arrive no later than Monday by 1:00 PM October 1, 2012 and stay until Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 3:00 PM.

To apply complete the Intern application and return it no later than August 15th, 2012. Early application is recommended. Accepted applicants will be notified by email and phone by September 4, 2012.
